New Immigration Regulations 2014

Thomson Wilks has provided Business Ireland with the following on the New Immigration Regulations 2014 which came into effect on 26 May 2014.

New Department of Home Affairs website on Visa applications.

The Department of Home Affairs has announced the opening of Visa & Permit Facilitation Centre in 9 provinces and 11 cities within South Africa,where applications will be assessed by Department of Home Affairs in Pretoria. Non-South Africans with a legal residency permit in South Africa can apply for a visa or permit at these centres. Open website » »
