28 Aug 2015 - Trevor Cosgrove
From Liam MacGabhann - Ambassador of Ireland to the Republic of South Africa.

"It was with great sadness that I learnt of the sudden passing of our friend and colleague Trevor Cosgrove. Trevor was the driving force behind the establishment of the Durban chapter of BISA earlier this year. It was always a pleasure to be in his company, with his cheerful personality and very positive outlook on life. Trevor was a very active sportsman in his day. He represented his school at rugby and karate and later completed a number of extreme sporting events including the Comrades and Two Oceans marathons, the Duzi canoe marathon and the Cape Argus cycle tour. His sudden demise at the age of 56, therefore, is all the more difficult to comprehend. I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to his friends and family at this very difficult time, in particular his daughters Suanne and Ceara and his fiancé Karen.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis / May he rest in peace."
